我們十分希望您能在A Design&Life Project購買到最喜愛的商品，但如果不滿意的話，我們提供七天的鑑賞期。七天之內若決定退回，請先來信info@designandlife.com，並在郵件中告知您的姓名/訂單編號/聯絡電話/退換貨品名/退換貨原因等信息，我們與您聯繫後，您可以將全新的商品，連同包裝、出貨明細、發票等寄回，我們會盡快協助您處理退貨。

＊請於七日內寄回，請保持商品的原始狀態（無異味髒污、磨損毀壞、加工改造等）與包裝完整 （內外包裝、封膜、封口、隨貨文件、贈品等）。除了商品瑕疵以外，若商品已非全新狀態與完整包裝，可能需負擔部分費用或影響退貨權力之行使。
＊鑑賞期非試用期，若您收到商品經檢視後有任何不合意之處請勿拆開使用，並立即依照退貨規定辦理退貨，商品退換貨須在收到商品後7天內通知並寄回，逾期恕不受理。
＊我們僅提供退貨，不提供換貨服務，消費者需負擔退貨運費。
＊本公司可能將依毀損程度將視為商品已恕無法受理退貨，或扣除為回復原狀必要費用為退費。
＊做舊效果，如仿舊不鏽鋼、Paper&Grid石洗布料，皆為刻意做舊效果，請仔細評估後再下單。

We hope you are happy with your purchases from A Design&Life Project, but if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in brand new condition with tags attached within 7 days of purchase. **Please note, Paper & Grid fabric is STONE-WASHED for unique character. Please understand that there might be some scratches and stains on the surface, and whitening may occur. Also, note that the texture of the material is purposely softened to create a used, vintage look.
